(ASE:AGH) announced today that it has acquired the assets and operations of Two Eagle Plastics, Inc. Two Eagle, located in LaVergne, TN, is a plastics injection molder which will become part of Atlantis' Molded Products Group. Atlantis also purchased two additional 850 ton presses for the LaVergne, TN location. The acquisition was prompted by increased injection molding sales in the Tennessee area. This new strategically located production site will enable Atlantis to better serve its key customers in the region.
