(ASE:AGH) announces definitive plans to establish a plant to manufacture linear low-density polyethylene stretch film for the West Coast market. Joseph J. Piccione, Vice President and General Manager of the Stretch Film Business, commented, "We are well along with our strategic assessment of potential West Coast sites through our work with Ernst & Young. We plan to be in production by late 1999." Anthony F.
