Frontier Adjusters of America Delays December 1998 Dividend Payment
PHEONIX, ARIZONA, November 2,1998 - Frontier Adjusters of America, Inc.
(FAJ-AMEX) confirmed today that it would delay declaration of the December 1998
dividend pending completion of its proposed sale of stock to United Financial
Adjusting Company ("UFAC"). Frontier anticipates completing the documentation
of the transaction in November 1998 and submitting the sale to a vote of its
shareholders in early 1999. Upon approval by Frontier's shareholders, Frontier
will commence a tender offer for up to 1,000,000 shares of its common stock at
a price of $2.90 per share and make a distribution of $1.60 per share not
tendered.
