AGREEMENT MAKING DESTEO.COM PREMIER
DESTINATION CONTENT PROVIDER
SEATTLE, April 27, 2000 - FreeShop.com, Inc. (Nasdaq: FSHP), a leading

Weather Channel(R) weather on the Web, today announced an agreement that
features Desteo.com (www.desteo.com) as weather.com's premier destination
content provider. Desteo, a FreeShop Network vertical site that offers
consumers thousands of free brochures, maps and guides, is the most
extensive travel research and information source on the Internet. Through
the agreement, weather.com will feature links to relevant Desteo offers and
information directly from its travel section and international city pages.
