  BISCAYNE APPAREL LAUNCHES FALL  98 XOXO OUTERWEAR COLLECTION

NEW YORK, NY - (January 14, 1998) Biscayne Apparel, Inc. (ASE:BHA), an XOXO
Outerwear licensee, introduces fabulous faux furs, great ski looks, vintage
flavored coats, and modern sleek silhouettes, which are just some of the many
looks in the new XOXO Outerwear Collection.  True to form, the XOXO brand has
once again crossed the boundaries from junior into contemporary fashion with
this fantastic new outerwear line.

The XOXO Outerwear Collection, which was designed by Judy Simon and produced by
Maureen Dhwaj, offers evening, weekend, and career looks, that are fresh and
exciting. Faux fur jackets in a myriad of colors like gold, green, and purple
are amazing, extravagant, and reversible. Puffy, quilted ski parkas in brights,
white, and black are inviting and have special detailing like perfect buttons,
snaps, and drawstrings.  Sleek puff coats with strong European influences are
sharp and sophisticated.  Longer coats in velvets and faux pony fur are
