ANGIODYNAMICS TO EXHIBIT AT THE ADVANCED INTERVENTIONAL MANAGEMENT SYMPOSIUM

Queensbury, NY; November 19 2002 - AngioDynamics, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of E-Z-EM, 
Inc., (AMEX: EZM) today announced that it will exhibit at the 10th Annual Advanced 
Interventional Management Symposium (AIM) at the Sheraton New York Hotel & Towers in New York, 
New York, November 19-22.

The Company will also sponsor an informative lunch symposium, November 21, in the Liberty 
3 Room, from 11:10 a.m. - 12:40 p.m. Drs. Lowell S. Kabnick, MD, FACS; Robert T. Andrews, MD; 
Melvin Rosenblatt, MD; and Neil Denbow, MD, all will be presenting an "Update on the Practice 
of Endovascular Laser Venous System (ELVSTM); Non-Surgical Treatment of Varicose Veins."

The Company’s exhibit, Booths #201 and 302, will highlight several innovative products, 
including the recently introduced Precision 980nm diode laser version of the ELVS treatment 
system for varicose veins and disposable treatment kits; PVA Plus(TM) enhanced embolic material 
for the minimally-invasive treatment of tumors and vascular malformations; and their most recent 
advances in dialysis catheters.

The AIM Symposium is a Continuing Medical Education (CME) event sponsored by Montefiore Medical 
Center. The three-day event consists of a series of scientific sessions, panel discussions, case 
presentations, and workshops, presented by a nationally renowned faculty. The Symposium attracts 
interventional radiologists, vascular surgeons, cardiologists, and interventional nephrologists, 
by presenting the latest advances in percutaneous, endovascular, and surgical treatment 
techniques.
