                ATLANTA'S WKLS-FM DROPS JOHN BOY AND BILLY

COVINGTON, KY March 16, 1998 - Jacor Communications (Nasdaq: JCOR) is dropping 
the syndicated John Boy and Billy Morning Show effective Monday, March 16th. 
The show has been on WKLS since September 1, 1997.

Jacor's Director of Programming Gene Romano commented, "We were very
disappointed with the Show's overall performance and lack of responsiveness to
our concerns.  The John Boy and Billy Show lacked the compelling impact we look
for in a great morning show.  We look forward to signing on a morning show for
WKLS that Atlanta will embrace."
