Kelly, a 17-year veteran of the Youngstown radio market, was previously Vice President & General Manager of WBTJ-FM and WKBN-AM & FM. With his new responsibilities Kelly takes on Youngstown stations WKST-AM & FM and WBZY-AM in Newcastle, PA and WNCD-FM and WNIO-AM in Niles, OH.
