                     JACOR'S CONNOLLY DEPARTS ATLANTA

COVINGTON, KY July 28, 1998: Tom Connolly, Jacor Atlanta market manager for the
last two years, announced today he is leaving the company effective immediately
to pursue other interests.  Connolly, a fourteen-year veteran of Atlanta radio,
made his mark as general manager of AOR WKLS-FM until taking on the market
manager responsibilities in 1996. John Hogan, Jacor Senior Vice President,
commented,  "We have great appreciation of the work Tom has done for Jacor
Atlanta and wish him the best in his new challenges."  Hogan added, "Atlanta is
one of Jacor's most important broadcast areas and with Tom's departure we're
looking for a superstar to take the stations to the next level." 

Jacor is the nation's third largest radio company measured by total stations. 
Including announced pending acquisitions, Jacor now owns, operates or
represents 203 radio stations in 56 broadcast areas and WKRC-TV in Cincinnati.

the country, syndicating the nation's leading radio talk shows which include
The Rush Limbaugh Show, The Dr. Laura Schlessinger Show, Dr. Dean Edell and Art
Bell's overnight programs, "Dreamland" and "Coast to Coast."  Jacor also owns
NSN Network Services, a satellite systems integration company that provides
design, communications technology and support to establish and maintain global
satellite connectivity to companies worldwide.  Jacor plans to pursue growth
through continued acquisitions of complementary radio stations in existing
broadcast locations, and radio groups or individual stations with significant
presence in other attractive domestic and international locations.
