Jacor: Names Freemans to Los Angeles Posts

Covington, KY, July 31, 1997: Jacor Communications, Inc. is hitting Los Angeles
with some heavy firepower.  Von and Amy Freeman, a husband and wife team, will
set up in LA's KIIS-AM & FM offices, Jacor's stations in one of the nation's
largest radio markets.  Von, with 10 years of radio promotion experience, will
direct Marketing and Promotions at KIIS-AM & FM. Amy will join the KIIS sales
force as local sales manager.

Together the Freemans have over 20 years in the radio industry, spanning the
country with Jacor stations from Kansas City to San Diego to their current base
in Cincinnati.  They both leave WKRQ in Cincinnati where they've been since
1992.  For the last five years, Von has directed the Q's award winning
Marketing and Promotions group and  Amy has been a leading account executive. 
Earlier this year Jacor swapped the Q to American Radio in Cincinnati, where
Jacor owns or provides programming for eight stations.   This move to LA marks
a return to Jacor for the Freemans.  They'll be in Los Angeles beginning
August 1, 1997.

Jacor is the nation's third largest radio group measured by total revenues.

approximately 155 radio stations in 34 U.S. broadcast areas.  Additionally,

owns a satellite distribution service, NSN, which provides bi-directional
communication among multiple networks.  Jacor plans to pursue growth through
continued acquisitions of complementary radio stations in its existing
broadcast locations, and radio groups or individual stations with significant
presence in other attractive locations. Additionally, Jacor will grow in other
broadcast-related products and businesses.
