The agreement gives Jacor the option to purchase KVKI-FM, KRUF-FM, KITT-FM, KEEL-AM and KWKH-AM all in Caddo Parish (Shreveport). The purchase is subject to due diligence and definitive documentation. Jacor is the nation's third largest radio company measured by total stations. Including announced pending acquisitions, Jacor now owns, operates or represents 206 radio stations in 56 broadcast areas and WKRC-TV in Cincinnati.
