(Nasdaq: JCOR) today promoted twenty year radio veteran Pat "Big Guy" McDonnell to General Manager of Atlanta's WGST AM & FM and the Georgia News Network. McDonnell steps into the GM post with six years of experience in the Atlanta radio market, most recently as General Sales Manager for Jacor's flagship WPCH-FM and Director of Sales for WGST AM & FM. Big Guy-McDonnell has crossed the country during his twenty years in radio having left his mark in San Diego, Seattle, Columbus and Scranton before settling in Atlanta. Jacor Senior Vice President John Hogan was formerly General Manager of the Atlanta broadcast area and worked with McDonnell for many years.
