CLEAR CHANNEL RADIO, Covington, KY May 18, 2000: Clear Channel Radio Senior Vice President Dave Crowl today promoted radio veteran Dave Pugh to Vice President & Market Manager of Milwaukee. The promotion marks a return to Milwaukee for Pugh, who was both General Manager and General Sales Manager of two radio stations in the city from 1988 to 1994. Pugh makes the move from Phoenix where he has been General manager of Clear Channel's KZZP and KXMP for the last three years.

In naming Pugh to the Market Manager post Crowl commented, "Dave has a fantastic track record in Milwaukee. He knows the market and the market knows Dave. His management experience in Phoenix has made him a very seasoned manager who is well equipped to further our position in Milwaukee."

Pugh takes over the four-station cluster as Clear Channel prepares to increase its Milwaukee presence through the pending merger with AMFM . AMFM operates WLTQ-FM and WISN-AM in the Milwaukee market under General Manager Chuck DuCoty. Says Pugh, "Milwaukee radio is exciting. Our stations in the market are strong and serve a wide cross section of the Milwaukee radio audience. I'm looking forward to working with Chuck DuCoty in strategizing our continued growth once the merger is finalized."

Pugh's promotion is effective immediately.
