       DIVISION OF MARSH SUPERMARKETS PURCHASES IGA SUPERMARKET 

GREENSBURG - A division of Marsh Supermarkets has purchased the IGA 
Supermarket located at 736 West Main Street in Greensburg, Indiana.  
The store is the second LoBill Foods location in Greensburg. 

"We look forward to offering a second LoBill Foods location to the 
Greensburg area," said Don E. Marsh, Chairman, and CEO of Marsh 
Supermarkets, Inc.  "Our company has been a part of the Greensburg 
community for over 45 years." 

"I want to thank all of our customers for their past patronage," said 
Shirley Beetz, owner of the IGA Supermarket.  "I also would like to 
thank our employees for their dedication to our family over the years." 

Marsh Supermarkets, one of the largest regional grocery chains in the 
United States, operates 70 Marsh Supermarkets, 23 LoBill Foods stores, 
1 Savin*$, and 181 Village Pantry convenience stores in central Indiana
