(NASDAQ/NM:WLFI) today announced that it has sold its Continental Engineering Group, Inc. subsidiary, which is a manufacturer of ready-to-assemble ("RTA") ergonomically-designed computer workstations, to Vertiflex Company, a manufacturer of RTA furniture headquartered in Chicago, IL. WinsLoew classified its RTA segment as a discontinued operation in December 1997 in order to focus on the continued growth and expansion of its core businesses, casual furniture and contract seating products. Continental, which is located in Irwindale, CA, had approximately $10.0 million of annual revenues.
